Return policy

Jewelry and aftercare products are shipped in a sealed sterile bag. As long as the seal is unbroken, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery at your own expense. This is your legal right as a consumer under Belgian and EU distance selling law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The sterile seal on your jewelry must be unbroken
• The item must be in its original condition
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned. For any return questions, contact us at info@laptiterebelle.be before sending anything back.

Something wrong with your order?

Please inspect your order upon reception. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@laptiterebelle.be so we can make it right.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@laptiterebelle.be and we'll sort it out.

Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product. This is normal and not grounds for a return.
