Shipping policy

Orders are shipped next business day if placed during studio hours. Free shipping on orders over €150 within Europe (mainland + UK). Remote areas and islands may incur an additional surcharge — see below.

Processing & Delivery

How we ship

Orders are processed and shipped the next business day when placed during studio opening hours (Wednesday–Saturday, 11–18h). All orders are shipped with care — jewelry is packed in its sterile sealed bag and protected for transit.

Most shipments are handled via DPD, with PostNL or BPost used for certain destinations. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

In-stock orders are shipped within the same week they are placed. Custom orders are shipped when ready — lead times vary per brand and will be communicated at the time of ordering. If we are unable to ship within the agreed timeline, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge by contacting us at info@laptiterebelle.be, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Remote area surcharge. Certain postal codes — including islands, overseas territories, and remote areas — may incur an additional carrier surcharge that cannot be calculated automatically at checkout. If your order is affected, we will contact you before shipping to inform you of the additional cost. You are always free to cancel at that point at no charge.
