Shipping policy
How we ship
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day when placed during studio opening hours (Wednesday–Saturday, 11–18h). All orders are shipped with care — jewelry is packed in its sterile sealed bag and protected for transit.
Most shipments are handled via DPD, with PostNL or BPost used for certain destinations. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
In-stock orders are shipped within the same week they are placed. Custom orders are shipped when ready — lead times vary per brand and will be communicated at the time of ordering. If we are unable to ship within the agreed timeline, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge by contacting us at info@laptiterebelle.be, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Rates by country
Free shipping on orders over €150 within Europe (mainland + UK). The free shipping threshold applies to the base shipping rate and excludes any remote area surcharges.
